Ayurvedic Skin Care, Natural Beauty Treatments & Facial Massage

"The use of pressure points for massage and acupuncture has become a popular topic in natural healing today. In Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India, these pressure points are called 'marmas', meaning vulnerable or sensitive zones. Such points can be used specifically for the diagnosis and treatment of disease or generally for promoting health and longevity. Marmas are integral to all Ayurvedic therapies from simple self-treatments to complex clinical procedures. They form one of the main pillars of Ayurvedic thought and practice. Marmas can alter both the organic function and the structural condition of the body. Through the right use of marmas, our entire physical and mental energy can be consciously increased, decreased or redirected in a transformative way".

With the Ayurvedic Facelift Massage, I press on the important marma points on the face and work on these points to alleviate various symptoms according to your dosha or natural bodily constitution. The massage lasts one hour and includes the face, the back of the head, the neck and the shoulders. With one massage per week over a 6-week period, your face will feel toned and rejuvenated.  Often clients will feel this difference after their very first massage. So, join me for one trial or book six visits in a six-week cycle for better and long-lasting results.
